Use a Spray Bottle: Fill a spray bottle with cold water and keep it in the refrigerator. When you need a quick cool-down, spray yourself with the chilled water. Adding a few drops of peppermint essential oil can enhance the cooling effect.

Create Shade Outdoors: Use umbrellas or canopies to create cooler shaded areas for outdoor activities in your patio or yard, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air without overheating.

Enjoy Frozen Treats: Cool down with refreshing treats like popsicles or smoothies to help lower your body temp and make for a delicious summer snack.
